Coleto Creek Amateur Radio Club Meeting Minutes October 3, 2019 Attending: Jimmy Podsim - KD5QHH, Luci Podsim - KD5RIF, Dave Dodge - NV5C, Harvey Babb - WB5MCT, Otto Bluntzer - WB2RJB, Bryan Haun - KG5AUZ Meeting called to order at 7:00 pm by Vice President Harvey Babb, presiding due to the absence of Hurshel. Previous meeting minutes read. Jimmy moved to accept as read, Bryan H. second. Motion passed. Treasurer’s Report: Same as last month, $307.05. Otto moved to accept, second by Jimmy. Motion passed. Public Relations: The call sign look up on the website is not working and it needs to be replaced or fixed. Jimmy asked for help with this and Harvey said that he would look into it. Points of Interest: Belton Hamfest is this coming Saturday. Amateur Radio Fiesta in Shertz will be the weekend of weekend of Jan 10. Old Business: The Regional Action Committee has been put off due to Tommy Hargrove’s illness. It will be rescheduled soon. Still no word about moving the repeater. New Business: Officer nominations are Hurshel Pruitt for President, Harvey Babb for Vice President, Dave Dodge for Treasurer, Bryan Haun for Secretary and Jimmy Podsim for Public Relations.
