November 2019 Meeting Minutes
Coleto Creek Amateur Radio Club Meeting Minutes November 7, 2019 Attending: Jimmy Podsim - KD5QHH, Luci Podsim - KD5RIF, Harvey Babb - WB5MCT, Dave Dodge - NV5C, Bryan Haun - KG5AUZ, Otto Bluntzer - WB2RJB, Hurshel Pruitt - WB5MEX Meeting called to order at 7:30 pm. Previous meeting minutes read. Dave moved to accept as read, second by Jimmy. Motion passed. Treasurer’s Report: Same as last month, $307.05. Jimmy moved to accept, second by Harvey. Motion passed. Public Relations: The call sign lookup on the website was still not working last time Jimmy checked. Harvey said that he was still working on it, however, when he checked it during the meeting, it was working. Problem solved. Points of Interest: The Hamfest in Shertz (Fiesta) will be January 10, 2020. Old Business: Bryan H. sent an e-mail to Johnny Jank of Golden Crescent Communications. The new tower is up. Motorola is still working on coordination. Regional Action Committee: Bryan F. has been busy and has not had time to work on this. He plans to get to it soon. Officers: Dave Dodge seconded the nominations. Harvey moved that nominations close, second by Jimmy. Motion passed. Harvey moved that all nominated officers be elected by acclamation, second by Jimmy. Motion passed. New officers for 2020 are: President Hurshel Pruitt, Vice-President Harvey Babb, Treasurer Dave Dodge, Secretary Bryan Haun and Public Relations Officer Jimmy Podsim.
