Meeting Minutes
February 3, 2022
The meeting was held over the club repeater due to inclement weather.
Attending: Hurshel Pruitt - WB5MEX, Dave Dodge – NV5C, Bryan Haun – KG5AUZ, Jimmy Podsim – KD5QHH, Luci Podsim – KD5RIF, Otto Bluntzer – WB2RJB, and Harvey Babb – WB5MCT.
Meeting called to order at 7:30 pm by Hurshel. Previous 1-6-22 meeting minutes were read by Bryan Haun. Jimmy moved and Otto seconded for their approval. Motion carried.
Treasurer’s Report: Dave reported that he received $60.00 in dues and our balance is now $352.05. Additional dues will be collected when we can meet again. Bryan moved and Jimmy seconded to approve his report. Motion carried.
Public Relations: Jimmy noted that Erin is helping on our website and we have had 1,900 hits. We are having some problems with the calendar.

Old Business:
Bryan reported that he got a copy of a Memorandum of Understanding from Bob KI5PG and forwarded it to the county attorney for review. Bryan will order a Comet GP-9 antenna. We will see what existing feed line is available.
Otto brought up a previous discussion on the antenna trailer. Jimmy moved and Luci seconded a motion to sell it to Otto’s blacksmith group for $100 without the antenna. Motion passed.
New Business: None
Jimmy moved to adjourn, second by Dave. Motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 7:54 pm.
