Meeting Minutes

November 3, 2022

The meeting was held at TrustTexas Bank Community Room in Yorktown.

Attending: Hurshel Pruitt - WB5MEX, Jimmy Podsim – KD5QHH, Luci Podsim – KD5RIF, Otto Bluntzer – WB2RJB, and Harvey Babb – WB5MCT. Harvey had Brad Howard, N5LZY of Nursery who returned home after living in Fort Worth.

Meeting called to order at 7:30 pm by Hurshel. Previous 9-1-2 meeting minutes were read by Luci. Jimmy moved and Harvey seconded for their approval. Motion carried.

Treasurer’s Report: None as Dave was absent.

Public Relations: None

Points of Interest: None

Old Business:

The repeater move was discussed but there was no new information since Bryan was absent. Harvey moved that nominations for officers cease. Second by Luci and motion carried.

New Business: Luci moved to accept the current slate by acclamation with a second by Otto. Motion carried. The Christmas Party was discussed and Hurshel moved to have it at the regular meeting time and location. Jimmy seconded and the motion carried.

Luci moved to adjourn, second by Harvey. Motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 7:45 pm.
