Meeting Minutes

October 7, 2021

The meeting was held at the TrustTexas Bank Community Room .

Attending: Jimmy Podsim - KD5QHH, Luci Podsim - KD5RIF, Hurshel Pruitt - WB5MEX, Bryan Haun – KG5AUZ, and Otto Bluntzer – WB2RJB..

Meeting called to order at 7:30 pm by Hurshel. Previous 9-2-21 meeting minutes were read by Bryan Haun. Otto moved and Luci seconded for their approval. Motion carried.

Treasurer’s Report: None.

Public Relations: None.

Points of Interest: None

Old Business: Jimmy reported no further action on connecting repeater to EchoLink.

Bryan reported no update on the repeater move.

Jimmy noted that it would be good to get Echolink working on the Yorktown repeater so that Harvey could get in better. He and Harvey will see what they can do.

Jimmy noted that Brenson has the password to update the website as he has time.

New Business: Luci nominated the current slate of officers for another term. There were no further nominations.

Otto presented an offer from the Goliad Forge to purchase the antenna trailer. Luci moved to consider the offer when we have more members present for more input. Jimmy seconded and the motion carried.

Jimmy moved to adjourn, second by Luci. Motion passed.

Meeting adjourned at 7:50 pm.
