Meeting Minutes

October 6, 2022

The meeting was held at TrustTexas Bank Community Room in Yorktown.

Attending: Hurshel Pruitt - WB5MEX, Bryan Haun – KG5AUZ, Jimmy Podsim – KD5QHH, Luci Podsim – KD5RIF, Dave Dodge – NV5C, Otto Bluntzer – WB2RJB, and Harvey Babb – WB5MCT.

Meeting called to order at 7:30 pm by Hurshel. Previous 9-1-2 meeting minutes were read by Bryan Haun. Jimmy moved and Luci seconded for their approval. Motion carried.

Treasurer’s Report: Dave reported no activity and current balance was $507.05.

Public Relations: Jimmy noted that the web page still needs to be updated.

Points of Interest: The Belton Hamfest last weekend was good.

Old Business:

Hurshel had no further information on VHF Society coordination. Bryan gave an update on the repeater move noting that he corresponded with Johnny Jank and he has us on the list for whenever they will be doing some work on at the Cuero site.

New Business: It is time for nominations for officers. Luci nominated the current slate.

Luci moved to adjourn, second by Bryan. Motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 7:45 pm.
