Coleto Creek Amateur Radio Club Meeting Minutes November 2018 Attending: Jimmy Podsim - KD5QHH, Luci Podsim - KD5RIF, Harvey Babb - WB5MCT, Dave Dodge - NV5C, Hurshel Pruitt - WB5MEX and Bethany Allen Meeting called to order at 7:30 pm. Previous meeting minutes read. Dave moved to accept as read, second by Harvey. Motion passed. Treasurer’s Report: No change since last meeting. We have $147.05 in the bank. Jimmy moved to accept, second by Harvey. Motion passed. Public Relations: The easy address for the website, ccarc.info, still works for the time being. Jimmy will keep checking this out. Points of interest: none Old Business: Repeater: Harvey has not had time to change the ID. Glen has put together a Raspberry Pi with Echolink, IRLP and Allstar all on the same machine for use on the Victoria repeaters. New Business: Elections: Dave made a motion that nominations cease and all nominated officers be elected by acclamation. Jimmy seconded the motion, motion passed. Christmas Party: Harvey made a motion that we meet on the regular meeting night (Dec 6) at the bank in December for a Christmas Party. Jimmy seconded the motion, motion passed. VARC Request: On behalf of the Victoria Amateur Radio Club, Harvey asked if he could look through the CCARC’s radios from Cliff’s house, now stored at the Podsim’s house, to find a VHF Master Exec. He asked if the CCARC will let the VARC have the radio if we can find it. Jimmy moved that if we find more than one VHF Master Exec, we let the VARC have one of them.
